If you do, you'll start seeing them everywhere there's a good player. My advice, don't worry about hacks and cheats. I've seen one case of blatant hacking in the past few years, with some guy going 40-0 in BF3 in the first 2 minutes, and subsequently resulting in the server being empty as everyone left.
